Integrative. Embodied. Grounded in Relationship.

Clinical supervision for therapists at Lumara is a reflective, relational process—designed to support both your growth as a clinician and your presence in the room It honors your full clinical identity: complex, evolving, and grounded in values. Whether you’re navigating early career questions, deepening a therapeutic stance, or expanding a private practice, supervision offers a space to grow with intention and care.

Supervision as Transformative Space

At Lumara, supervision is not transactional—it’s presence-centered. Together, we slow down to attune to what’s unfolding in the room, within you, and between you and your client. We notice what lingers, what resonates, and what invites deeper curiosity.

This process allows for growth in clinical confidence, ethical clarity, and therapeutic resonance.

What Makes Supervision Integrative?

Our approach integrates multiple, interwoven frameworks to support you as a whole person and a whole clinician:

  • Interpersonal Process Theory & Recall – reflecting on session dynamics, attuning to rupture/repair, and deepening use of self
  • Feminist–Multicultural & Ecological Frameworks: power, identity, and systemic context
  • Depth-Oriented Psychologies – symbolic meaning, unconscious process, and personal narrative
  • Nervous System Science – honoring regulation, pacing, and embodied presence
