Integrative, relational, and grounded in growth

A Space to Grow with Intention

Clinical supervision at Lumara is a reflective, relational process designed to support both your development as a clinician and your presence in the room. Whether you’re navigating early career questions, deepening a therapeutic stance, or building a private practice, supervision offers a space to slow down, get curious, and grow with care.

This isn’t transactional supervision. It’s a space to attune to what’s unfolding between you and your clients, to notice what lingers or resonates, and to develop the clinical confidence and ethical clarity that comes from being fully supported.

My Approach

I bring over eight years of supervisory experience across private practice, university counseling centers, and doctoral training programs. My supervision is grounded in clinical expertise and a deep respect for your development as a whole clinician.

Our work together integrates multiple frameworks:

  • Evidence-based integration: supporting skill development in CBT, ACT, IPT, and other modalities alongside deeper reflective work
  • Interpersonal process and relational depth: reflecting on session dynamics, attuning to rupture and repair, and deepening your use of self in the room
  • Feminist, multicultural, and systemic frameworks: attending to power, identity, positionality, and the broader context shaping your clients’ lives and your clinical work
  • Depth-oriented perspectives: exploring meaning, narrative, and the patterns beneath the surface
  • Body-based and nervous system awareness: honoring regulation, pacing, and how stress shows up for both you and your clients

Training and background

  • Licensed clinical psychologist (IL)
  • Grounded in interpersonal process therapy, the scientist-practitioner-advocate model, and social justice frameworks
