Collaborative, trauma-informed mental health care for adults navigating chronic illness, anxiety, and the long-term impact of stress and trauma.
Lumara Integrative Health provides depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults across Illinois, specializing in the intersection of mental health and complex medical concerns.

Collaborative Care Philosophy
I work from the belief that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Many clients navigating chronic illness and medical complexity benefit most from coordinated care across disciplines.
This often looks like:
- Thoughtful handoffs and mutual updates (with client consent)
- Acknowledging how medical experiences intersect with identity, stress, and trauma
- Prioritizing psychological care that complements medical treatment, rather than competing with it
Referring providers can expect clear communication, respect for your clinical role, and a focus on patient autonomy.
